Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS

 

All returns must be received back in the care of Delta 8 within 14 business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please send an email to returns@delta8us.com to obtain additional instructions on the return process. After receiving instructions from the returns department, please comply in a timely manner as returns will not be accepted after 14 days since the original purchase date. 

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will not be paid or reimbursed by us, as we charge no restocking fee for returned orders. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the entire return process to be completed, as inspecting returned products is tedious. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
